Clooney Quin held centre stage over the weekend as they contested the AIB Munster Junior Championship Final v Patrickswell of Limerick on Sunday afternoon in Zimmer Biomet Páirc Chíosóg. The dream wasn’t to be though for the Clare side as the visitors ran out convincing winners on a scoreline of 2-15 to 1-05. 

Meanwhile, the Munster Camogie Mai O’Connell Competition was in full swing at various venues around the province. 
We had plenty of Clare representation 
Wolfe Tones travelled to Youghal on Saturday for the Junior A preliminary round, fortune was not on their side, however as the home side claimed a 1-16 to 6 point victory. 
Our Clare Junior C champions, Sixmilebridge made their way to Castlemartyr early this Sunday morning but no rewards were reaped by the Bridge either. 
It all fell to Kilmaley now to keep the winter camogie going in the county and they surely didn’t disappoint!! 
A 3-06 to 0-05 victory over Tralee Parnells  sees Kilmaley into the Mai O’Connell Competition Munster Final.
